Bedroom 3: twin trundle bed, Full bed, closet, full-length mirror, and blackout shades. BATHROOMS Master Ensuite: Double vanity with a walk-in shower. Full Bathroom: Double vanity with a shower/tub combo (baby bath seat available upon request). LIVING ROOM Large sectional sofa, two chairs, a 65'' smart TV, and an electric fireplace. DINING AREA Bright space with seating for up to 8 guests (5 dining chairs + bench seating). An extra dining chair is available in the guest room if needed. KITCHEN Fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals. Complimentary drip coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar provided. THE OUTDOOR SPACE Hot Tub: Seats 6–7 guests. BBQ Grill (propane provided) and outdoor seating around the fire pit. Firewood is available for guest use. GAME ROOM Pool table, bag toss, mini golf putting, board games, TV, and plenty of seating (couches and bar stools). Heated garage area. FITNESS AREA Space for workouts with free weights, yoga mat, kettlebells, and more. WATER SYSTEM Our property uses a well water system, which can occasionally appear discolored or have sediment residue. This is common with well water and safe to use. A Brita water filter is provided in the fridge for your convenience, or feel free to bring bottled water. BEACH Daily beach passes are available for purchase at the Beach & Golf Course main clubhouse. Our house is just a short walk from the beach and golf course.

PETS We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add that you're bringing pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. Pets over 50lb may be accepted at $150 per pet. PARKING There is enough parking in the driveway for 5 vehicles or 3 vehicles and 1 boat. GUEST COUNT Our house holds a MAX of 8 people BEACH ACCESS: The Pike Lake beach can be accessed via a day pass that can be purchased directly at the beach club. Our property is NOT on the lake but we are just a short walk away! SECURITY The property has actively recording motion sensor outdoor lighting and security cameras (ring camera on front door and back patio). These are for us to verify cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for your stay! We respect guest privacy throughout the duration of their stay. Other things to note: ~ Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking. ~ A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation. ~ A rental contract MUST be signed online via the booking link within 24 hours of booking. If desired, please request a sample contract prior to booking. ~ Please note that the property is on a well system, which can occasionally cause water to appear discolored, hard or have sediment residue; this is a common characteristic of well water and not a concern for safety or quality. Well water is safe to drink, however we also have a Britta water filter in the fridge or you can bring your own bottled water. This property is professionally clean & maintained by a trusted & vetted team. Hospitality style amenities provided: shampoo, conditioner, towels, hot tub towels, luggage racks, bedside plugins ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Pike Lake, is a quiet and family-friendly area just 15 minutes from downtown Duluth. It’s perfect for outdoor fun, with a beach, golf course, fishing, and boating right nearby. In the winter, enjoy easy access to snowmobile trails and skiing at Spirit Mountain (~20 min drive). The area has everything you need— grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are just a short drive away. Pike Lake offers a peaceful getaway while still being close to all the action in Duluth.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a few marked cabinets and doors (mechanical room and hallway closet) both used for restocking storage. If you’re in need of any extras during your stay, please reach out.

Getting around Pike Lake is simple and convenient. Many attractions, like the beach, golf course, and a local restaurant, are within walking distance from our property. For everything else, a car is the best option. Vehicle with 4WD in the Winter is recommended. The property has plenty of parking with space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. If you're heading into Duluth or exploring nearby trails, it's just a short drive to all the major spots. Snowmobile trails are also easily accessible during the winter months!
